Hmm... There is a shield hardener for each type of damage, think its 5. Did you really buy a Merlin instead of keeping you Moa? As you sure know Merlin is a frigate, Moa is a cruiser, and moa has more armor/hull/shield. Maybe you got it all wrong...

The konvoys in the game dont have a real purpose. What if you can make convoys deliever mail, like modules, so you can give other players modules. Then you can choose a level of security, like: x ISK = Lvl 1 sec x ISK = Lvl 2 sec etc.. More sec...
